Questions about pricing
Is it really a one-off payment?
Yes. You pay once and keep your plan for the life of the product. No renewals, no per-seat fees. Your storage bill stays with your storage provider, where it already is.
What does storage cost me?
Whatever your provider charges. As of late 2026, Cloudflare R2 is about US$15 a month per terabyte stored with no download fees, and Backblaze B2 and Wasabi are cheaper again for storage. Most studios already pay for one of these.
Is there a file size limit?
Not from us. Files upload in parts straight to your bucket, up to 5 TB per file, which is the S3 limit. Uploads resume if the connection drops.
Will the price go up?
Yes. These are launch prices for early customers. After launch, Solo goes to $59, Studio to $129 and Agency to $249. If you buy now, you keep your plan at the price you paid, with no renewals.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can move up to a bigger plan whenever you need more brands, seats or domains.
What happens to my files if Dropbucket shuts down?
Nothing. They are plain files in your bucket, under your own account. You can open them with any S3 tool.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 30 days, for any reason. Email support@dropbucket.io.
